1. Scope of Service

UHSCutlery operates a bespoke quotation model for luxury flatware. Prices displayed on our landing and product pages represent standard baseline estimates. Official pricing, bulk discounts, and shipping logistics will be formally finalized during your consultation with our concierge staff.

2. Custom Engravings Policy

We provide complimentary monogramming and custom engraving services for initial characters, family crests, or logos. By submitting an engraving text in our checkout form, you agree that:

• You possess copyright permissions for any logo or coat of arms submitted.
• Once products are custom-engraved, the transaction is non-refundable, as the cutlery cannot be restored to original stock.

3. Quotation Timelines

Any quotation generated via email or WhatsApp by our concierge managers remains active for 30 calendar days from the timestamp of delivery. UHSCutlery reserves the right to modify pricing after this period due to fluctuating costs of raw gold, silver, or titanium.

4. Care & Maintenance Limitation

While our cutlery sets are manufactured using premium surgical 18/10 stainless steel cores, PVD coatings, and double-bound resins, overall longevity is directly influenced by maintenance. Damage caused by abrasive industrial dishwasher cycles, bleaching chemical exposure, or improper storage falls outside our standard lifetime wear coverage.
